We are on the lookout for a Acquisition Systems Specialist to join the Acquisition Systems & Capabilities team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Joining our Sales Team, you'll be instrumental in expanding our network, empowering sellers to bring a strong portfolio of businesses onto the platform. Your work will equip sales teams with effective strategies and resources to identify and engage high-potential partners, enhancing the quality of businesses joining our platform and contributing directly to Delivery Hero's ecosystem growth. ### What would you do - Lead the development and implementation of efficient partner acquisition tools, including vendor grading for prioritizing high-potential businesses - Demonstrate strong autonomy in analyzing acquisition data, conducting deep-dives to identify potential issues, and proactively flagging them to relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and process integrity - Enhance performance tracking and reporting, enabling data-driven insights to optimize sales productivity and identify deviations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition tools with global standards and adapt them for market needs - Identify process optimization opportunities and contribute to developing new features that streamline workflows and improve sales efficiency
