Senior Manager, Growth Strategy & Planning

The Regional Growth Strategy & Planning team shapes Grab's user growth agenda across Southeast Asia. We help leaders make informed decisions about growth priorities, product direction, and resource allocation across markets, products, and user segments.

We collaborate with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, and country teams. By combining an understanding of users and the business with pragmatic problem-solving, we turn strategic insights into scalable, measurable outcomes.

Get to Know the Role

You will shape Grab's regional user growth agenda by identifying and prioritising opportunities across markets, products, and user segments. You will develop strategic recommendations and robust business cases that improve growth decisions, resource allocation, and execution.

You will align senior stakeholders, influence product and business roadmaps, and establish scalable planning, governance, and performance-management practices.

You will lead a small team, report to the Regional Head of Growth Strategy & Planning, and work onsite at Grab's Singapore office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Shape the regional user growth agenda: You will identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities across markets, products, and user segments, balancing growth potential, user impact, and business trade-offs.
• Guide investment and resource allocation: You will develop business cases and portfolio recommendations that guide investments in funding, time, and organisational resources, supported by clear outcomes, risks, and success measures.
• Influence roadmaps and align stakeholders: You will partner with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, and country teams to translate growth priorities into roadmap decisions, navigate competing priorities, and secure commitment.
• Establish governance and improve performance: You will build scalable planning frameworks, governance rhythms, and performance-review mechanisms that clarify ownership, monitor outcomes, surface risks, and enable timely course correction.
• Lead innovation and team development: You will coach and develop your team while using GenAI and other latest technologies to accelerate analysis, test ideas, improve decision quality, and scale effective ways of working.
