Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

• Recommend an efficient and effective recruitment process: from posting job openings, sourcing, reviewing and screening applications, conducting psychological testing, conducting interviews, background checking to onboarding new employees.
• **Maintaining Application Training System and reporting recruitment report. **
• Responsible for On Boarding Process, HR Orientation, Gather and Analyze Employee Feedback for achieving Employee Satisfaction.
• Coordination with HRBP to achieve Manpower fulfillment
• Responsible for leading and monitoring Talent Acquisition team performance to achieve fulfilment targets.
• Collaboration with recruitment agency to fulfill the target and build effective hiring.
