Position Job Scope including, but not limited to: - **Recommend an efficient and effective recruitment process: from posting job openings, sourcing, reviewing and screening applications, conducting psychological testing, conducting interviews, background checking to onboarding new employees.** - **Maintaining Application Training System and reporting recruitment report. ** - **Responsible for On Boarding Process, HR Orientation, Gather and Analyze Employee Feedback for achieving Employee Satisfaction.** - **Coordination with HRBP to achieve Manpower fulfillment** - **Responsible for leading and monitoring Talent Acquisition team performance to achieve fulfilment targets.** - **Collaboration with recruitment agency to fulfill the target and build effective hiring.**
