Key Responsibilities - Serve as primary legal advisor to senior leadership on strategic and operational matters. - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements (SaaS, partnerships, enterprise customers, vendors). - Advise on data privacy and regulatory compliance, including Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and other APAC privacy regulations. - Support product launches, fintech/payment integrations, and cross-border business expansion. - Manage corporate governance and company secretarial matters, including board resolutions, director changes, and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions. - Work closely with the corporate legal team in Berlin, and collaborate with Finance, HR, and other business functions on legal and compliance matters. - Conduct legal and compliance training for internal teams and support the implementation of internal policies and best practices. - Coordinate with external counsel on cross-border legal issues.
