Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Account Officer to bring partnership to our business. You are good oriented, target-driven, and has Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects. The working arrangement is hybrid.You will be report to Regional Manager. You will be working onsite at the Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Improve sales and close deals to expand the Omnicommerce business.
• Oversee the complete sales process from identifying potential clients to finalizing agreements.
• Discover new sales opportunities through networking and establish them as long-term partnerships.
• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty and stay in regular contact to address their needs.
• Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain our reputation, while negotiating agreements and keeping accurate sales records.
