**The Opportunity** This is not just an execution role; it's an opportunity to take true ownership and make a strategic impact. As a Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design for medium-to-large, ambiguous projects. We're looking for a proactive team player who can move beyond the brief, anticipate challenges, and drive alignment across the organisation. You'll be a key voice in shaping our product and design strategy and elevating our craft. ### **What You'll Do** - **Drive strategic project ownership:** Own the end-to-end design process for complex, medium-to-large projects with oversight. This includes proactively defining the problem space, establishing success metrics alongside PMs and Data Analysts, facilitating alignment with stakeholders, and making key design decisions with clear rationale and intent. - **Proactively influence & align:** Move beyond design execution by organising cross-functional discussions to align on design strategy and scope. You will use a deep understanding of business goals and client needs to build consensus and directly influence decisions, ensuring your work has a measurable impact on key metrics. - **Elevate our design operations:** Actively contribute to the evolution of our design system and design way of working. You'll identify opportunities and drive incremental improvements in AI workflows, patterns, components, and processes that make the entire team more efficient and consistent. - **Master your craft:** Demonstrate proficient craft in your work. This includes creating clear interface designs with strong visual hierarchy and sensibility, robust interaction patterns, and compelling UX writing. You'll also be expected to explore AI tools as a way to enhance your design process and refine your work, while also understanding nuances when designing AI-powered experiences. Designers are expected to independently execute on quality work with high visual polish, while constantly managing the tensions between ideal client experiences and speed to market.
