The GrabMart Merchant team is a dynamic group at the heart of GrabMart's expansion. Our core mission is to fuel growth by building and nurturing strategic relationships with high-profile merchant partners. We are the driving force behind our partners' success, making important decisions that expand their business and deliver value to our customers. ### Get to Know the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to help us build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and improve revenue. You will establish and nurture business relationships with our prospective top merchants to spur growth in GrabMart. We're looking for experts who can working for end-to-end process and move fast. You will be reporting to the Manager. Working arrangement is full onsite in Jakarta based. ### The Critical Tasks You Will Perform - **Partner Management:** manage merchant relationships to improve business growth using data-driven analysis (Return on investment, KPIs). - **Co-Marketing:** Design and implement strategic co-marketing campaigns with partners to deliver value to customers. - **Collaboration:** Work with internal S&P, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance the merchant experience. - **Ecosystem Synergy:** Identify opportunities for collaboration with partners across the Grab ecosystem (e.g. OVO, GrabExpress, Grab Jastip and Grab For Business).
