We are on the lookout for a Acquisition Systems and Capabilities Specialist to join the Acquisition Systems & Capabilities team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Joining our Sales Team, you'll be instrumental in expanding our network, empowering sellers to bring a strong portfolio of businesses onto the platform. Your work will equip sales teams with effective strategies and resources to identify and engage high-potential partners, enhancing the quality of businesses joining our platform and contributing directly to Delivery Hero's ecosystem growth. ### What would you do - Own and evolve competitive intelligence tools, data pipelines, and insight reporting to keep the team ahead of market and competitor gaps - Drive adoption and continuous improvement of a mobile-first vendor sign-up tool designed to streamline the sales lead conversion process end-to-end - Demonstrate strong autonomy in analyzing competitive and sales conversion data, conducting deep-dives to identify gaps or risks, and proactively flagging them to relevant stakeholders - Build and enhance performance tracking and reporting, turning competitive insights into actionable recommendations that inform acquisition GTM and strategy - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, regional leads) to align competitive intelligence and sales tools with global strategy and local market needs - Identify process optimization opportunities and contribute to new features that streamline the lead-to-conversion workflow and sharpen competitive positioning
