Strategy & Planning Southern Sumatera, Associate

We are seeking a Strategic and Planning Southern Sumatera Associate to join our team in Palembang, Indonesia. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for our operations in the Southern Sumatera regions of Indonesia.

Get to know the Role

This position is intended to support the Operations Team by providing insightful data analytics, performance monitoring and project management of key initiatives. You will be reporting to the Manager. The role will be onsite and based in Palembang.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the Southern Sumatera regions
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and research to identify opportunities and challenges in the target regions
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout all analytics processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional strategies with company objectives
• Create financial models and forecasts for the Southern Sumatera markets
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on regional performance
• Evaluate potential partnerships and business opportunities in the target regions
• Provide insights to management on strategic decisions
• Coordinate with local teams to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives
