We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to shape and optimise key moments of our end-to-end customer journey, with ownership across **Checkout and Post-Order Fulfilment**. Working closely with Product, Analytics, Design, Logistics, Customer Experience, Commercial and Engineering teams, you will build innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, improve operational excellence and unlock business growth. Responsibilities - Setting the vision, product strategy and roadmap to drive growth and business impact. - Defining metrics to measure the health and success of your products and initiatives. - Running experiments to support your product decisions with data. - Identifying and executing on opportunities to optimise the acquisition funnel and improve user onboarding. - Understanding user needs and building delightful user experiences in collaboration with the design team. - Aligning with business stakeholders and other product teams to drive meaningful outcomes while ensuring a cohesive user experience. - Leading product execution and helping your squad members thrive. - Working closely with engineering teams across products to build scalable and robust solutions. - Keeping apprised of innovations and trends in the industry, as well as emerging technologies, and inspiring teams to stay ahead of the curve.
