Requirements

• **Data Literacy: **Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, stock levels, and forecasting trends.
• **Tools Proficiency: **Intermediate level of Excel or Google Sheets skills (experience with LOOKUP formula, Pivot Tables, and basic data modeling).
• **Problem Solver: **Proactive in analyzing report deviations and proposing practical action plans.
• **Collaborator: **Strong communication skills to interact effectively with Category Managers and Team Leaders.
• **Organized & Detail-Oriented: **Ability to manage range costing datasets and business summaries without losing accuracy.
• Final year student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English
• Passionate for sport
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship

Key Responsibilities

• **Economic Alignment: **Help validate business plans and align demand tactics with overall sport strategies.
• Inventory & Stock Piloting: Assist in setting target inventory levels (stock norms) and monitoring sales vs. purchase summaries.
• **Activity Reporting: **Track performance metrics, analyze demand reports, and help construct action plans to achieve team goals.
