Your Mission: - Lead and grow the Retail Media & Partnerships business in foodpanda, overseeing commercial strategy, sales, and execution** in Malaysia ** - Drive B2B revenue growth by building and closing deals with FMCGs, financial institutions, and media agencies. - Own key media agency relationships to unlock media budgets from CPG clients across multiple verticals. - Act as the commercial lead for all local partner-funded deals, campaign sponsorships, and advertising inventory sales. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Q-Commerce, Ad Ops, and Marketing teams. - Use performance data and insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen partner value. - Act as the country-level owner of Retail Media strategy, working closely with the Regional Retail Media and local senior leaders like the Malaysian MD
