Supervision of reclamation activities for reclamation program, to ensure work assignments completion is in efficient, effective and timely manner. ### The key duties and responsibilities of this position are: - Supervise and direct nursery, planting and/or other reclamation activities at assigned area. - Look after hydro seeding machine operations and maintenance to ensure reclamation activities and running well. - Collate and organize reclamation data into usable format for superior to draw conclusions. - Maintain work discipline and performance standards for crews and contractors. - Follow Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies and ensures that subordinates and contractors follow all SHE policies. - Liaise with other section and/or department to ensure adequate material supplies and required equipment is available to complete reclamation project. - Develop subordinates by providing hands-on guidance and direction on nursery and planting techniques. - Complete other tasks as instructed by management, include rotate with the other Reclamation Foreman as required to enhance supervision. ### Minimum Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree (S1) in Forestry, Agriculture or Environmental science or Education with at least 3 years working experience in various environmental management programs. ### Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters) - Supervisory and leadership skills. - Ability motivates and discipline subordinates. - Ability writes comprehensive report. - Knowledge of planting techniques and practices. - Other standard required competencies.
