Supervise and coordinate daily repair activities so that they are performed in a quality and timely manner in order to accomplish department objectives in accordance with Company policies. ### Minimum Education and Experience - Diploma (D3) in Electrical (Specifically in Energy Conversion) with minimum of 5 years of experience in related field or - S1 Degree (Engineer) in Electrical (Specifically in Energy Conversion) with minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in related field. ### Core Competencies (Knowledge Skills & Characters)  - Supervisory. - Customer Orientation. - Advanced knowledge in motor repairing/rewinding. - Analytical thinking and achievement orientation. - English both oral and written. - Good knowledge in computer.
