Amar Bank is hiring a Senior Product Owner to take on initiatives across our digital banking portfolio: digital banking (retail & business), embedded banking, Tunaiku, or wherever the next priority lands. This isn't a backlog-management role, and it's not a "ship it and move on" role either. The person we're looking for can take a goal and a specific performance measure, then carry both through a full cycle: release, measure, analyze, and reach a documented decision on whether to continue, adjust, or drop it. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, data, design, and engineering, turning fairly open-ended business goals ("increase FX transaction volume by 30%", "cut onboarding drop-off in half") into something that actually ships and gets validated. And you stay on the hook for it until there's a real, evidence-backed conclusion, not just a launch announcement.
