#unlimitedinnovations! About the Position: We are looking for a Team Lead to supervise our Cost and Tax functions within a lean, automation-enabled banking finance team. This is a single supervisor role, you will own both functions simultaneously, managing people, and reporting directly to the leader. This is not a specialist role. We are looking for someone with genuine breadth across cost management and tax compliance, who can lead a team with accountability, structure, and coaching instinct. If you are a deep specialist in only one domain, this role is not the right fit.
