We are a diverse team of technology practitioners committed to delivering positive, personalised, and reliable IT experiences that help Grabbers do their best work. ### Get to Know the Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, Business Applications, this role drives the implementation and adoption of approved transformation initiatives across EUC and service operations. It coordinates delivery, operational readiness, rollout, and benefits tracking with Product, Engineering, QA, country, and support teams. Product owns requirements and roadmap decisions; this role owns implementation enablement and operational adoption. This is an onsite role. ### The Critical Tasks You Will Perform - Analyse current and target-state processes, identify operational friction, and define practical implementation actions. - Translate approved priorities into delivery plans, SOPs, acceptance criteria, readiness checklists, and rollout plans. - Coordinate UAT, validation, stakeholder sign-off, release readiness, and post-launch stabilisation. - Drive country and support-team readiness through communications, training, change adoption, and clear playbooks. - Track adoption, efficiency, service impact, and realised benefits; maintain documentation and feedback loops, including AI-assisted improvements.
