We are looking for a Marketing Execution Associate to join our dynamic team in Bandung city. You will support the Marketing Execution Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple business products. You will help ensure a smooth execution of marketing programs. You will report to the Marketing Execution Manager and you will be based fully on-site in our Bandung office. ### The Critical Tasks You Will Perform - Help develop and implement quarterly marketing strategy plans across all business products, using insights and demographics specific to Bandung city. - Help implement marketing campaigns, from planning to post-campaign analysis, ensuring successful outcomes. - Collaborate with the Marketing Execution Manager and cross-functional teams, including the Marketing partnership team, Strategy and Planning team, and the Commercial team, to manage partner-facing initiatives and work with stakeholders from other verticals. - Gather and analyze marketing insights and data analytics for both existing and potential Grab users to support decision-making. - Help oversee daily and weekly city operations and manage tactical marketing projects and timelines across all verticals. - Help manage the marketing budget for Bandung city, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. - Help handle various marketing channels, including in-app communications, to ensure consistent and impactful messaging. - Contribute to team development and performance by providing support and fostering a collaborative environment.
