We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Executive to support our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the Head of BD - This role is crucial in driving efficiency through data analysis, process optimization, and administrative support. Ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position offers excellent growth opportunities. ### Key Responsibilities: - Sales Enablement: Assist in creating and maintaining product demos for prospective clients. Manage a centralized repository of all sales demos for easy access and version control. - Administrative Support: Manage sales documentation, including contracts, customer data files, and master client sheets. Ensure all sales-related administrative tasks are up-to-date and accurate. - CRM Management: Populate inbound leads into the CRM system. Ensuring no potential opportunities are missed. Maintain accurate and organized CRM records. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, analyze, and prepare detailed reports from CRM tools to support management reviews. Monitor key sales metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. - Sales Training & Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new sales team members by providing training on sales tools, CRM workflows, and internal processes. - Ad-Hoc Support: Provide operational support to the sales leadership team as needed, contributing to strategic initiatives and special projects.
