**Roles & Responsibilities** - Build, shape and grow the Endowus Singapore business in line with our mission and values. Client-centric: You will be on the front lines, advising prospective and current clients, and delivering the highest level of client experience via multiple channels including phone, email, Zoom and in-person - Play a key role in onboarding new clients, and help them with questions ranging from financial advisory to operational and administrative matters. - Share the voice of the client with the broader company; collaborate across teams including Product Operations, Product Design and Endowus' Investments Office to improve the client experience, operational processes, and launch new product/investment initiatives - Roles and responsibilities may change from time to time along with the company's operational processes and strategic direction ### **Requirements & Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in business/economics/finance or experience working in financial services is helpful but not a must. - Client-focused with great communication skills and attitude, patient and pleasant demeanour. You will interact with many clients each day via different channels (phone, email, chat). - You are expected to be a good listener and communicate effectively with our clients and empower them to feel confident about using Endowus. - Teamwork is key.
