Sales Manager - Jakarta Sales Office

While based in our Jakarta Sales Office, you act as the vital bridge to Bali—bringing professional property knowledge to the capital, building strong B2B relationships, and forging lasting bonds with corporate partners, travel agents, and event planners.

What you will be doing:

• Proactively solicit and secure group, corporate transient, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business from the Jakarta market to consistently achieve and exceed hotel revenue targets.
• Establish strategic parameters, provide accurate quotes, negotiate competitive pricing, and successfully seal contracts.
• Maintain and actively nurture an organized database of accounts, contacts, and sales activities within the hotel CRM.
• Represent Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak at key Jakarta-based tradeshows, corporate networking events, conventions, and promotional campaigns.
• (Value Add) Conduct targeted sales calls and present engaging property showcases to prospective corporate bookers and travel agents across Greater Jakarta.
• (Value Add) Coordinate closely with the on-property team in Bali to ensure seamless execution of contracted events and a flawless transition for VIP clients.
