Through innovation and digital solutions, we aim to enhance accessibility, streamline processes, and create a seamless user experience. ### Responsibilities: - Support community plans and the execution of online and offline programs across multiple cities - Manage WhatsApp Communities, Channels, and Groups, including setup, member acquisition, and engagement - Coordinate with Field Office teams to introduce programs and acquire community members - Plan and distribute content, including WhatsApp blast captions, in collaboration with the creative team - Respond to member inquiries, collect feedback, and coordinate complaint resolution with relevant teams - Track community growth, digital adoption, content performance, and program effectiveness - Travel to support community activities and coordination as needed ### Requirements - Available for **6 months** period internship - Fresh graduates or candidates who have completed their studies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable managing online communities and engaging with members - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks - Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment - Available to travel outside the city on a weekly basis - Familiarity with WhatsApp Communities, social media, or community management is a plus
