Looking for potential property prospects for acquisition - make cold calls to offer Mamikos products to property owners - make sales visits when needed - so that the target room being acquired is achieved. - negotiate with property owners to reach a cooperation agreement - Handling cooperation agreements assisted by the legal team, establishing a close relationship with the owner so that the cooperation is smooth and profitable - Acquired rooms can be picked up to run smoothly and ensure that revenue targets are achieved. - replace standard-compliant reporting. ### Qualification: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Management. - Have excellent negotiation, presentation, interpersonal and sales skills - Minimum 2 years work experience. Experience in the hotel and start-up industry is a plus - Have excellent interpersonal skills in building relationships with clients (boarding owners & boarding children) - Excellent communication skills - Have a passion for global sales, account management, and target-oriented - Tech Savvy and willing to travel a lot.
