IT Network Engineer

Kredivo Group is looking for an experienced **IT Network Engineer**, as the owner of the Enterprise Infrastructure of Kredivo. This role will be responsible for the management of all components/ modules of the Enterprise Network, as well as managing projects and changes for the infrastructure. ### About the job: - Lead the design and planning of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. - Oversee the implementation and deployment of hardware, software, servers, networking equipment, and other infrastructure components. - Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Ensure seamless connectivity and troubleshoot network issues. - Design and manage the integration of external infrastructure, such as SaaS or any major cloud providers. - With the security team, develop and enforce security policies, conduct regular security audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Assume ownership of all hardware components, modules, and configurations within the office network, including external facing endpoints. - Responsible for the daily management of all components of the office infrastructure, including: *administration and monitoring, change execution, incident management, *and *documentation.* - Responsible for any audit deliverables in the scope of the office network, and also manage the deliverable timelines. - Continuously assess and propose improvements on the infrastructure design, based on the growth of the business. - Maintain alignment and collaborations of initiatives, projects, and plans with other teams, such as: Application, Identity, and Operations. ### About you: - Bachelor Degree or Master degree in the field of science or engineering - At least 4 years of experience in the management of office networks and configurations. - Strong understanding of routing protocols, switching technologies, wireless networking, QoS management within office networks, infrastructure security, etc. - Experience in handling devices from major network hardware providers, such as: Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, BlueCoat, etc. - High sense of ownership of job scope and managed portfolios, able to operate / propose independently with minimal supervision. - Assertive, able to propose improvements or initiatives after observation on specific application scopes - Good written and verbal communication skills. Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia. - Strong observation skills and strong instinct for customer behavior and needs - Strong analytical skills, supported with the ability to write compelling analysis and reports for a specific purpose. For example: Cost Benefit Analysis, RCA, etc.
