Manager, Performance Marketing

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Manager, Performance Marketing to join our regional team. What's On Your Plate

• Be responsible for performance marketing campaigns across 16 markets in APAC and Europe, launching and optimising high-impact evergreen and integrated campaigns across paid search and paid social channels
• Own and manage channel budgets, pacing spend against targets and reallocating toward the highest-ROI opportunities
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline manual performance marketing workflows (campaign setup, bid management, reporting, and creative iteration), freeing up time for strategy and experimentation
• Working cross functionally & cross regionally to develop, launch and track high-impact evergreen and integrated concepts
• Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
• Track and maintain campaign performance and benchmarks to measure effectiveness of digital media and gather insights continuously to build best-in-class practices
• Measure, analyse and report performance of your channels and support management in driving channel mix and budget decisioning
• Using data analytics, provide analysis to give stakeholders a clear view on media channel performance and ROI​​​​​​
