Leading the ideation, research, and analysis of competitive landscape and customer & technologies trends to generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth and conversion. - Accountability of your product roadmap, prioritization and oversee overall product development process and execution including but not limited to cascade down detailed features, requirements, and design prototypes - Collaborates closely with the product development team and cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally to execute prioritized roadmap and ensure on-time delivery with the highest quality and performance - Lead, recruit and train new team members as you grow your product area in order to strengthen MamiKos’s proposition in the market ### Requirements: - Having 4-7 years of working experience in Product Management or Management Consulting. - Having an IT/Statistic/Industrial/Product/Management education background is preferable. - Proven ability to develop the product, Strong interpersonal skills with both external and internal contacts, and ability to lead projects involving multiple functional areas to meet deadlines - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
