** Responsibilities**: - Conducting UX research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points. - Planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research studies. - Utilizing survey tools like Typeform to design and distribute surveys to users. - Analyzing quantitative data carefully to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can support product development. - Collaborating with design, development, and product management teams to interpret research findings and generate relevant recommendations. - Assisting in the development of user personas, user journeys, and user testing. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in UX Research field. - Strong understanding of UX research processes, both qualitative and quantitative. - Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other team members. - Proficient in using various survey tools, such as Typeform. - Strong quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into valuable insights. - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate research findings clearly and effectively. - Creative, innovative, and interested in user experience.
